Below are a list of the questions we are regularly asked by people wishing to join the club.

Am I guaranteed tickets?

There is no such thing as guaranteed! We are a Platinum Supporters Club, which gives its members the highest level of ticket priority.

On occasions, the Chelsea Supporters Clubs allocation is over subscribed and the club does not recieve its full order.

In these circumstances, tickets are allocated to members using the points system, which is a combination of your Chelsea Loyalty Points and Eastern Blues points, with a preference given to those on club travel, if applicable.

Members will be informed and still have the chance to purchase tickets online when they go on sale, online and over the phone with the Chelsea Box Office.

Can children join?

Yes, we are a family based Supporters Club and have many existing members who are children. Also, Eastern Blues membership is free for under 16's.

Do I have to attend every game?

No, you can attend as many matches as you wish.

Do I have to use club transport?

There is no requirement to use club transport, but in cases where the Supporters Clubs allocation is oversubscribed and we do not recieve our entire ticket order, members who are using club transport will recieve priority.

Do I still receive Chelsea Loyalty Points

Yes, you still earn Chelsea Loyalty Points, when purchasing tickets through the club, just as you would if you purchased directly from Chelsea.

How do I join?

If you click on the membership menu above, there is an application form you can complete. If you have any queries, please feel free to contact the club.

How do I order tickets?

Once you become a club member, you will recieve a log in for the club website. This gives you access to our ticket booking system, where you will be able to view the order periods, place orders, view the status of existing orders, confirm payments have been made, view your points total and more.

All payments to the club for tickets and membership fees are paid via BACS directly into the club's bank account.

What are Eastern Blues Points?

Eastern Blues Points were introduced at the start of the 2017-2018 season, to assist on the occasions when the Chelsea Supporters Clubs allocation is oversubscribed and the club does not recieve its entire ticket order.

What is the membership fee for?

The membership fees cover the costs of running the club. We pay an annual affiliation fee to Chelsea, along with this there are other costs such as the running the website and email systems, club stationary and expenses.

Any surplus is put back into the club, in the form of subsidised trave, free match ticket draws or other benefits.
