The club organises travel to a number of home and away games during the course of each season, using a variety of different transport methods such as executive coaches, mini buses and trains.
Travel to home games is usually in a 49 seater executive coach departing from Norwich Train Station, with pick up points in Hethersett and Thetford. We usually arrive around 2 ½ hours before kick off and members are dropped off in the vicinity of Stamford Bridge. This allows plenty of time soak up the pre-match atmosphere and to use the facilities in and around the area. We depart as soon as possible after the game has finished and members are picked up outside the stadium, on Fulham Road. The coach has facilities on board so there is no stop in either direction, along with a DVD player which usually plays some of Chelsea's matches from days gone by.
We run a mini bus to the majority of away games. Departing from Norwich Train Station, the pickup points along the route vary depending on the destination. Due to the distance and travel time to many of the away games, some of these are organised with an overnight stop. We also organise trips to European away games to watch Chelsea in action in the Champions League. These usually involve flying out on the morning of the match from Stansted airport with a one night stop, depending on destination and returning the day after the match.
