Eastern Blues is an Official 1000 Chelsea Supporters Club with a Platinum Ticketing Level.
Covering both Norfolk and Suffolk, we are one of the largest Official Chelsea Supporters Clubs, with approximately 280 True Blue members and over 1000 Digital members.
The club is run by a team of 5 officials, based across Norfolk and Suffolk. The team is led by Chairman Adam Robinson, joined by Kevin Dedman, Leigh Reeder, Sonny Uppal and Nicola Webb.
We provide several benefits to our members, including priority access to home and away match tickets, affordable organised match day travel to both UK and European fixtures, local social events with ex-Chelsea players and much more. More details can be found within the membership section.
We have been fortunate enough to have some great ex-players as guests at some of our events, with the likes of Peter Bonetti, Paul Canoville, Steve Clarke, Kerry Dixon, Ron Harris, Pat Nevin, Gus Poyet and Bobby Tambling to name a few!
The club has members in attendance at every single game, following Chelsea at home, away and overseas. So, whenever you attend games, you will be able to meet up with other members for a pre-match drink and chat!
We aim to create a sociable, family atmosphere that welcomes everyone into our Chelsea family!
If you have any questions, then please check out the FAQ section, or use the contact form to get in touch!
The club was formed on 26th April 2009 with the aim to bring together Chelsea fans across the area to provide affordable match day travel, match ticket access, local events and a Chelsea community.
The process of growing the club was slow and the club hit its first milestone in December 2010 when, with 60 True Blue members, we became affiliated to Chelsea at the Silver level, with transport running to a handful of games. A few months later the club expanded to cover the Suffolk area, with the additional members giving the club Gold status.
As word of the club continued to spread, the membership numbers kept rising, seeing us reach the all-important Platinum affiliation status, the highest level possible. We began to run full sized coaches to some home and away games, along with organising our first trip to a European away game in Gelsenkirchen, Germany to see Chelsea take on Schalke. This game became the first of many trips to European away games, with the furthest being a 5,728 mile trip to Azerbaijan in November 2017! The club now has a number of members on both the UEFA and UK away schemes.
In 2019 we celebrated our 10th anniversary and held a party in Norwich to celebrate.
The club’s membership numbers continue to grow, as we look to spread the word across East Anglia.
