Jason made a total of 57 appearances for Chelsea between 1990 and 1992, scoring 2 goals. Playing alongside the likes of Dennis Wise, Kerry Dixon and Graeme Le Saux.
Chelsea squad 1991-92
After retiring from professional football, he has gone onto work for Chelsea presenting and commentating, and also presents Talk Sport's SportsBar show.
The event will follow the clubs AGM which also takes place in the afternoon on the same day.
Tickets are priced at £30 for members and include burger and fries on the night (served at 18:00).
Tickets will be available exclusively to members for one week, before being made available to non-members at a cost of £35.
There is a vegetarian/vegan option available. Please include a note when ordering if you have any dietary requirements.
