Chelsea FC have celebrated reaching the milestone of 500 Official Supporters Club worldwide with a social media take over by Supporters Club's across the world at 10:00 on today, Friday 21st August. To mark the occasion they had launched a number of competitions and opportunities for Supporters Club members.
